Fun, functional and beautiful. This piece has a clear outer glass with multi-colored glass inside. The glass is stretched to finial for holding rings. It can also be utilized as a paperweight or simply displayed to catch light.

It is artist signed, on the bottom, but I am not familiar with the signature.

Stands 3 3/4” tall, 3 1/2” wide.

Excellent condition. No cracks, chips or repairs.
